Thank you all for the fantastic entry I hope you all enjoyed your day as much as I did you all gave me much food for thought! in general I think the quality of the dogs is better than the bitches we seem to have, at the moment, more variance in size than 2 years ago and I would like to see more substance in some exhibits with more depth of chest. Front movement is much improved from past years but we now need to improve on the hind quarters and rear movement. The temperament in this breed is excellent with most dogs taking the show day in their stride in spite of not being used to close proximity to each other! Mouths have improved a great deal; presentation also is much better, - we do not judge on presentation as other breeds do, but if a dog is prepared and trimmed correctly it does enhance the quality lying beneath!
